Important information for my wonderful clients. Please note each of the following policies before booking a session.

deposits
When booking a session, a non-refundable deposit totaling 25% (twenty-five) of the total price of the photography services is due upon booking. If the client cancels the session for any reason, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned to the client.

late arrivals
Clients must arrive to their portrait session at their scheduled start time. Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time allotted for session. Time will not be extended or rescheduled. Refunds or credits are not available for sessions cut short or entirely missed due to a client’s late arrival.

RESCHEDULING
In the event that a client is wishing to reschedule their session date, the retainer shall be applied at the time of rescheduling. The client will be given a time period during which they can reschedule. If the client wishes to reschedule the session for the following calendar year, there will be additional cost. However, I respectfully ask for a 24-hour (twenty-four) notice.

CANCELLATIONS
If a client wishes to cancel their session within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of $40 will be assessed. If a client wishes to cancel after the 24-hour window or I arrive at the property to find the session is cancelled (including denied access to the property), 100% of the quoted shoot amount will be assessed in addition to the $40 cancellation fee. I do not foresee any reason to assess fees as communication between us will be open and current.
